A career built at the intersection of benefits, finance and technology.

Ideon

Brought in to lead Ideon's transition from a founder-led sales motion to a fully scaled commercial organization. Built the full commercial team spanning sales, marketing and revenue operations, and helped establish Ideon as the dominant data exchange platform across ICHRA, broker quoting and provider data.

Informed Consulting

Designed go-to-market strategies and built distribution channels for clients across voluntary benefits, HSA/COBRA and benefits technology. Engagements included market studies for carrier leadership and securing national distribution partnerships for emerging point solutions.

Benefitfocus

Built one of the industry's largest voluntary benefits distribution networks from the ground up, leading three national teams, acquiring carrier partners across dozens of product categories, and distributing significant premium volume across employer and health plan customers.

Financial Services

Senior roles across financial services grounded growth decisions in commercial reality, adding depth in enterprise sales, client relationships and large-organization dynamics.

Today, I work with benefits technology platforms, carriers, point solutions and investors to strengthen market presence with strategic insight and practical execution.
